The right car makes a trip easier and cheaper. Here is what to consider.
A sedan — for the city and main roads
If you plan to drive around Yerevan, to the airport and along the main paved roads — to Garni, Sevan or Dilijan in summer — a sedan is more than enough. It is more economical, easy to park and usually cheaper. In our fleet these are the Toyota Corolla, Camry, Honda Accord, Hyundai Sonata and Mazda 6.
An SUV — for mountains, winter and bigger groups
- Trips south (Tatev, Goris), dirt roads and descents into gorges.
- The winter season, when there can be snow on the passes.
- A family or a group of 5–7 people with luggage — for example the Hyundai Palisade, Honda Pilot or Kia Telluride.
Premium — for special occasions
Business meetings, weddings, welcoming important guests — for this we have the Mercedes-Benz S560, G-Class, GLE, BMW X7 and Range Rover Sport.
Don’t forget the extras
- A child seat or booster seat if you travel with children.
- A Wi-Fi router for navigation and staying online.
- Full insurance for peace of mind on a long trip.
